    A person can only have +25 of one enhancement on them at one time!  This means i can have a +25 Medical Shirt and Vest on and a +25 Dancer Skirt on and that would be fine.  If I have a +25 Medical Shirt and Vest and a +25 Medical Skirt I would still only have +25 Medical enhancement!
